I found the range of products satisfactory and the staff were not hovering over us as we shopped. Very good and will be going again shortly.

Went to Harmony for the first time today and was very, very impressed with how it was set out, and how knowledgeable, friendly and approachable all members of staff were. One male assistant in particular gave brilliant advice despite the fact that he's CLEARLY not a lesbian, so I was really chuffed with all the suggestions he made.
Would recommend this store to anybody who asked - it's a little gem and I'm only disappointed I didn't know of it sooner. I'll be back!

Gorgeous lingerie. My fiance bought me a raspberry lace outfit - love it! Shops like these make you realise that Ann Summers is full of cheap junk!

Just been into Harmony on Oxford St and what a surprise. A massive (oo-er) range of products in a very cool and surprisingly well-designed shop. Not at all like the dirty sex shops in Soho. A lot of women and couples shopping here for softcore and hardcore. Just in case you might get offended, all the real hardcore items are downstairs. Upstairs is toys and lingerie. Very thoughtful.

Whenever I think of acquiring new toys, only one place comes to mind: Harmony. I quite like the layout of the shop and the feel. It's an inviting environment and the staff have been very helpful. I remember my first visit - I asked so many questions!
For these reasons, I keep returning. Besides, hey, I love the products too!!

Nicely laid out shop with a much wider selection than other high street sex shops. Well worth a visit and I'm sure you won't come out empty-handed!

I have been to London on several occasions and I ALWAYS visit this shop on each trip. Relaxed atmosphere, staff even supply new batteries when testing toys! They have a great knowledge of the DVDs on sale and answer any queries you may have. Would recommend this shop to females - I have been in alone before and don't feel intimidated. Shame they don't sell their products online.

Really nice - fun selection of stuff, and much less intimidating for women than the usual sex shop, especially down the road in Soho. Still, I think it's let down a bit by the industrial flooring and strip lighting. With a bit of alteration to the decor, it could be somewhere truly classy rather than just better than the competition (aim higher, Harmony!).
