Floatopia reviews
This has to be my favourite float centre in London. From the minute you arrive, you're enveloped in the fragrance of wonderful burning oils, candles and calm serenity. The mangement are brilliant at explaining what is one of the most amazing experiences. Floating suspended in warm water, cosy, listening to beautiful music, you just drift off into utter peace. The blood in your veins feels like it has turned to warm cream and lasts for days afterwards.
The centre is clean and well stocked with lovely shampoo and conditioners. I recommend trying floats at different times of the day to suit your mood. Sometimes I like to have a float in the evenings and go straight home to bed, at other times I love going out feeling refreshed and alive after my float.
Thanks to the management for making this such an oasis of calm, love light and joy for me. I am a permanent fan now. Bless both of you.

Grubby little place, not at all what I expected. There were 2 staff when I arrived, an oriental lady who seemed pleasant, and a man who was arguing with a customer about a booking she had made but he had no record of (I thought this may be an isolated incident but later, while I was waiting to be called in, the same thing happened with another customer).
The flotation experience itself was a let down, really just a big bath full of salty water, with the lights turned off to create an atmosphere - I could have done this at home with some Epsom salts myself! Changing rooms a bit grubby, and the smallest wc's you will ever find.
Stay well away. Even at half price or on a 2 for 1 offer, this is NOT worthwhile.

I was left in tears after speaking with a member of their staff on the phone. I had such an awful experience! The gentleman on the phone should be ashamed at how he speaks to customers; and if that was the manager, what an embarrassment for the company! I will never go here and I recommend you don't either! I only gave it one star because that was the absolute minimum.

It was an amazing experience. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, I was totally relaxed. I will definitely go back again.

Floating on the water was very soothing. I feel my body is much lighter after the float. I can't wait to have another one!

The best float centre in London. Loved the large float rooms, so airy and peaceful. Cup of herbal tea on comfy leather sofas finished it all off perfectly. Feeling of calm and serene wellbeing lasted almost a week. Am becoming a regular.

Lovely bright centre, great service, and floatation is just the best - so hard to describe, but let there be no doubt everyone should try it!
