Agree with previous reviews about the place being tatty and noisy - the manager/owner arrived halfway through my massage and was talking loudly with the receptionist and then on the phone, so it was impossible to relax and be transported to a world of calm! Shame, as the actual massage was very good...

I opened my eyes during the treatment as I was disturbed by a noise and I saw the receptionist dancing in the middle of the room. That was professional?!

The new manager, I've heard, is more spa management than holistic clinic manager. Reflexions has gone from being the special foot massage place to a huge sales pitch! I went in to try and book a massage and the manager tried to flog me a full body massage and longer treatments than I had in mind. I wanted half an hour, I've always had half an hour, no need for sales. What has this clinic become? I was told the new manager has upset a lot of the clinic staff and most of the good therapists have left or were fired for younger inexperienced therapists.

Bigger does not mean better. Although Reflexions have improved and have now moved on from providing a full body massage from behind a set of tatty curtains (they now have actual massage rooms), don't expect anything special. These rooms are still sparse and badly decorated for the price you have to pay. Not only that, no one knew how much a hot stone massage should cost - very unprofessional. The hot stone was then done by a Polish girl who clearly knew nothing about hot stones, as I've had this treatment many times. She then still tried to secretly get me to take her number so she could do a treatmment for less in my own home.

Overall: bad service from a poor quality therapist who talked too much and provided bad, overpriced hot stone massage.

I used to go to Reflexions to visit Adrianna and was sad to hear she has left! It was impossible to get an appointment with her on weekends as she was always fully booked. I understood why when I finally had an appointment with her - she is the best! Why are all the good ones leaving??

My treatments at Reflexions are always something to be looked forward to as a treat not just for the feet but for the whole body, mind and spirit. A wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and excellent, caring, professional therapists. After a visit I feel able to cope with whatever the day will bring, however stressful it may become.

My visit to Reflexions left me feeling exhilerated and renewed. The therapist who worked on me was fantastic and I felt the place to be efficiently run, extremely competitivley priced, so convenient and the environment allowed total relaxation. I will definitely be returning and will recommend it to my friends.

I am a new client of Reflexions. Must admit that my treatment was very professional and relaxing. But I've noticed that the place is not looked after very well, so I agree with the other reviews. Hope it will get better...

Who is the new manager?? Staff don't seem very happy and I was given a massage by a girl who did not seem to know what she was doing at all. Who are these new therapists? Are they qualified? Where have all the good ones gone: Adriana, Dora, Louise, Katherine...? This place is going downhill with new, inexperienced therapists!

The place is disgustingly dirty and shabby. I went on the recommendation of a friend and I really enjoyed my treatment but couldn't relax properly in all the mess! Is it too much to ask for the floor to be clean and the place redecorated? I feel sorry for the girls having to work there. My friend goes there a lot and told me that the owners have stopped investing any money in the place and it is likely to close down. Although the treatment I received was good, it's been a few months and I still can't bring myself to return.

Very noisy, not a place to relax easily. The new management seem not to know what they are doing.

I used to visit Reflexions regularly but have recently become dismayed by how the clinic has fallen into decline. The premises has not been renovated in years and appears dirtier on my every visit. This is not helped by the filthy towels, curtains, blankets etc. The main reason I continued to visit was because of the exceptional quality of one of the therapists, Emily, who I was distraught to learn has left. The atmosphere is far from relaxing and harmonious, as the staff appear to be unhappy and on edge. I have no reason to return to this badly-run clinic unless the management takes a good look at the hygiene and service they are offering.

I think the place is in need of new management. It's filthy and the best therapists have left. I will not be going there any more.

I have been going to Reflexions for years and have recently felt the place to be a little washed out. Therapists seem unhappy and the place is filthy. I spoke to a few therapists, who told me they were unhappy with new management who had gotten rid of a very good therapist and stocked the place up with younger, inexperienced therapists who cannot even speak English. I will not be going there again.

I have been going to Reflexions regularly for two years now. It is the best place for reflexology and is so convienent to drop in and get an appointment. It is pretty much open every day of the year! The treatments are much better than any spa or beauty salon I have tried and I have tried lots! I have had the odd bad treatment but most of the time the therapists get it spot on!

I have been twice, and my experiences were not great. Tonight I asked for an hour massage. It started ten minutes late and she rushed to finish up five minutes early to run out and make a phone call. 65 quid for a half-hearted 45 minutes is not exactly what I'd call good value.

This place is brilliant and not badly priced for the middle of London. I always go for a session when I'm feeling run down and it always sorts me out and relaxes me - only wish I could afford it more. Their back massages are also excellent.

I had been going here for years at least once a month. I gave up as one of the therapists who knew I was a regular tried to flog me lots of her friends services such as herbalists, nutritionist etc. I felt really pressured and haven't returned since because of it.

Love the chairs that rock back and make you feel very chilled and relaxed as you receive the treatment.

This place is fantastic, after an hour you feel totally relaxed and re-balanced. If ever I feel run down or over-tired this place is my first port of call.
