Very disappointing - was noisy and it seemed that the therapist was simply just rubbing the oil onto me.

I booked their 'Massage the one you love' treatment as a surprise for my boyfriend. At £90 for 1 hour, all I can say is I'm surprised how poor it was! The therapist was very impersonal, the session only lasted 40 mins and I just felt like I had been ripped off. Very disappointing.

I'd thoroughly recommend this place. They were so friendly and helpful and I loved getting my hair done in my own private room - such a nice change from the usual busy hair salons. I left feeling so chilled and relaxed.

I have been to many spas across the world and this is the best city spa. Their attention to detail is fantastic and they really excel in customer service and making you feel special - a rare thing today. On top of that, the treatments are fab and therapists are very experienced and professional. It's not on my doorstep, but well worth the journey.

I booked my mum, my two sisters and myself into the spa for 5 hours each a few weeks ago. Even before we stepped through the door we were made to feel special. There was a notice on it saying that the spa was closed for a special pampering day just for us! We all had different treatments - facials, wraps, nails etc and blow dry after. We even had time to stop for a bite to eat and choose from a lovely menu before our treatments started. We all left so happy! Definitely recommended.

Very pretty, small salon. Not too keen on the products used in facial, but left happy after a great blow dry.

Only just found this gem of a day spa. I loved having a facial, and then the hairdresser came in to blow dry my hair. I left feeling amazing.
