This store does have amazing product. However, the quality is something you have to question... and when you do return faulty product, it takes weeks for them to actually pay you your money back!

I adore Austique - they always have gorgeous new things and I really feel like it is a breath of fresh air walking in there and seeing things I have not seen anywhere else. And I always feel like the advice I get is really honest.

Such a beautiful shop! I loved the little boudoir section upstairs and couldn't get enough of all the body creams. I've bought a gorgeous Alice McCall dress and a Leona Edmiston dress recently. Love being able to get my fave Aussie designers here in London!

I really love this shop - I recently bought an Alice McCall dress here and it was a fantastic purchase. I was given really good and honest advice. I cannot recommend Austique highly enough.

This shop is just so great - the clothes and bits and pieces are all brilliant, but the truly exceptional thing is the service. I look forward to visiting because I know I'll be so well looked after. A much needed change from other stores!

This shop is truly the epitome of London cool. Whether it be a dash for an emergency party dress or a quick retail fix, the girls always know what suits and give honest advice.

Every time I've bought something from here I've gone out feeling a million dollars and the comments I get are always 'Wow, where did you get that?'

I was recently on a shopping trip to London and Paris from New York and thought this was by far the best shop I went to - really original with gorgeous sales girls who took so much time to look after me. After a stop in Paris that was a treat! Open one in America!

What a beautiful shop. I don't get up to London much but was very pleased to have found such a wonderful feminine place where I am sure I will always find something I love! I have to admit it is a little overpriced, but despite that, I will definitely be back for more!

I am shocked to hear people putting this shop down, it is one of my favourites in the area, with very willing and lovely girls and beautiful clothing and accessories. Well worth a visit!

By far the best shop in London. Everything is original and divine... only problem is that you want everything! Shop assistants are charming and always at hand to help out and advise.

A cheap rip off of a well & longer established boutique - the butterflies give it away. Could they not come up with their own individual concept? Disappointing collection and highly over priced.
Staff were rude and un-accommodating apart from one. They seemed more interested in discussing the events of the night before. Well worth avoiding the long walk to get there!

Best boutique I've been to for a while. Beautiful everything, don't be put off by the price - it's worth it.

Fantastic staff who are extremely helpful. The Shop is my favourite in London it just has such a beautiful feel and is full of gorgeous clothes and accessories.
