I first heard about BirdCage through an article in a magazine and decided to see for myself what the fuss is about. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in the heart of commercialised Covent Garden. If you are looking to buy a piece of the Orient or simply soak up the stylishly quaint atmosphere, you can't go wrong here.

A unique boutique that truly adds colour to the London shopping scene. Worlds apart from the usual high street clone. It's an intricate little Oriental Oasis where you can find a suitable gift for even the most discerning.

I pop in ever so often to check out the gems of treasures from the seductive Far East. Reminds me of 50s Shanghai - all glam and bling with lots of class and flair! Great for Oriental fashion, gifts, and that something special. Really is one of a kind in London.

I LOVE this shop. The decor and general atmosphere are relaxing and calm and the staff are helpful but not over-powering. The products are really beautiful and unusual and I found the perfect red silk dress in here. I have since worn it twice and both times received many compliments on how lovely I looked.
