Like its counterparts in Spitalfields and the Baker Street, Canteen at the Royal Festival Hall is committed to providing honest British food that's nationally sourced. The meat is additive free, the fish delivered fresh from day boats on the south coast and the menu changed seasonally to make the most of fresh seasonal produce. What's more, it's reasonably priced.

As per the other branches, this Canteen serves decent food, looks nice, reasonable service, etc. I guess it's slightly less exciting than it was when the first one opened, but it's still a much better option than the big chains on the other (river) side of the Royal Festival Hall, although the view is better there.
