Traditional British cuisine in the heart of Notting Hill using seasonal, carefully sourced produce with a focus on high quality meats and fish. The menu changes daily but typical dishes include braised rabbit, bacon and mustard, rich game recipes and oysters, in season. Wine is reasonably priced and available by the glass, carafe or bottle. Lunch is from 12pm (last orders 3pm) and dinner from 6pm (last orders 10.30pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 10pm).

Amazingly priced wine list, really great food and a lovely light space. We also had one of the romantic love seats for two! Would definitely go again - neigbourhood restaurants like this don't come along every day.

Really lovely dinner. Nice service, a jug of water without the need to ask, simple, fresh food. Had a rabbit stew and it was delicious. When the bill arrived, there was no 'service charge' added, so we really wanted to tip. Overall, nothing to fault! Will be back!!
