On ground floor level at the 5-star Royal Garden Hotel, the recently launched Park Terrace restaurant looks set to follow in the critically-acclaimed footsteps of 10th floor Min Jiang. Like Min Jiang, it boasts wonderful views over neighbouring Kensington Palace Gardens. Here, however, the menu is decidedly British, showcasing top quality national produce (think wild mushrooms from the New Forest, lavender and herb crusted organic Suffolk lamb...). A stylish bar, meanwhile, offers a selection of British-themed classic and contemporary cocktails.
