I love this place! The staff are soo friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. I don't understand where 'Morris' is coming from. I live locally and just love how personal all the staff are. I have never had a problem. Try it yourself and make up your own mind. I recommend Thursday nights with £4 cocktails - yum!

Totally agree with JMccarty's review. The lady behind the bar is ridiculously unfriendly; actually rude. And that door... c'mon guys, fix that door handle!! I was there more than one year ago and it was already broken. I was sitting for half an hour at the table next to the door and I had to close the door every 2 minutes - it was so draughty, I caught a cold. I live a stone's throw from the bar, but I won't set foot in there any more, you can be sure of that. There is nothing 'cool' about that place; no good music, no good people... and uncomfortable chairs.

Great place - super staff, good vibe and a fantastic location. Great morning grub and perfect for solving Sunday morning grimness. GL could well be the perfect antidote to rubbish days.

Totally disagree with review below. You may well have had a problem that day but I am also a regualar and think the staff are some of the friendliest in Clapham. They are often packed at the weekend and service is definitely slower but never shocking! Breakfasts are the best in Clapham!

We are locals in the area, and have wandered into Glow Lounge a couple of times. Good setting but the service is so absolutely shocking that I have felt the need to let everyone on the internet know too. Save yourselves the effort, go somewhere else instead. Blame it on the hidiously rude bar lady.

Stayed till close on Friday night and had a total blast. The vibe inside was buzzing! We will be back soon for sure. Enjoyed our night immensely!

Came in for a quick coffee on the way home form work and ended up staying till closing, attempting to drink the cocktail list! Amazingly knowledgeable staff, and a great vibe.

More personality and more friendly than the big coffee shop chains and better coffee too! Close to the tube so handy for a snack and drink on the way to work for Clapham commuters. I find the main road a bit busy to sit outside but you can usually get a seat inside.
