Royal Exchange Grand Cafe and Bar reviews
Visited here last week for a business meeting. Found the staff to be fairly rude. They regularly came bounding over and interrupted our conversations to demand that they serve us more tea and coffee (and obviously charging more).
In my opinion, not worth it. Great surroundings however.
