Biff reviews
Have shopped here for shoes for my daughter for five years, since I live locally. Very unfortunately on out most recent visit one sales person was rushing us when we clearly wanted time to decide, and was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked to see the manager, same thing: extremely unprofessional, rude and arrogant. No concept of customer service. I surely will never shop there again and will make sure I let all parents from my daughter's school know the treatment I received there. People should think twice before giving them any business.

Really friendly service. Took my phone number to call me back rather than making me hold while they looked for what I had phoned for. Another time they even suggested I didn't buy shoes for my son that day rather than just making an easy sale. Helpful and honest.

Left empty-handed following a flippant comment and unhelpful attitude from an incredibly rude salesgirl. Also thought selection of boys' shoes was awful - traditional please. I intend never to return even though I live locally.

Really helpful, a real asset to the area. They have pretty much everything you might need; the only thing I haven't been able to get there was a good sunhat.

I love Biff. Amazing clothes. Though they're a little pricey it's my favourite shop.

Have we missed a great children's clothing shop in London? Let us know.
