Located on the 10th floor of the Royal Garden Hotel, Min Jiang's wall of windows offers spectacular 180 degree panoramic views over Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and the city beyond. The menu, meanwhile, offers a range of traditional dishes from China's noteworthy gastronomic provinces. Dishes include beautifully presented dim sum, and the restaurant's signature dish: crispy Beijing duck, cooked to order in an authentic wood-fired duck oven.
