Prestat reviews
I'm sure the shop is lovely, however DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE!
I ordered my chocolates, a surprise for my partner, over the telephone. The advisor was ill-equipped to deal with the most basic request and I was forced to repeat several aspects of my order several times. Unless you're fluent with the phonetic alphabet, expect stress at this point.
Needless to say, my order didn't arrive. I called after my promised delivery time to find that the customer service line was closed! The occasion we were celebrating was ruined. When I called the next day, I was told that I had placed the order for next day delivery. When I stressed the fact that I'd paid for SAME DAY DELIVERY service, I was told that I would get a call back from a manager. I was given no timescales as to when the call back would be made and the advisor cut me off. When I called back, understandably annoyed at the service I had received, I was dealt with in a sarcastic manner by the advisor. No attempt to apologise was made and I am still waiting for my call back.
I'm sure that if the Queen orders her chocolates she gets a better service. But if you're a mere mortal, then expect the same shoddy service as I received. Take my advice: look elsewhere... there are better chocolate delivery services out there.

The fondant fillings in the jewel box (mandarin, lemon, passionfruit, violet etc) are amazing.

I agree - the best in the universe. And, besides the truffles, they sell French creams. Each time I'm in London I make a point of visiting them.

Prestat are the best chocolates in the universe. The jewel box is the ideal box of chocolates with a perfect mix of centres. No wonder they were so adored by Roald Dahl.

Great if you like dark chocolate - they have different strength bars, up to 99% cocoa!
