Mile End Climbing Wall reviews
A great place to climb, and in a friendly atmosphere where beginners can chat to more experienced climbers about their techniques etc. There's a lot more routes being put into place at the moment. It's got lots of smaller rooms - e.g. Monkey Room, Climbing Room, etc. - so you can can get a bit of variety. It can get quite busy though, depending on the day.

Climbed for 9 years all over the place and Mile End is my choice of wall in London hands down. Other walls may have more space, routes, yada yada but it's got what all the others lack - atmosphere, a bit of banter and friendly people!

Definitely the worst of the three major climbing walls in London. The featured panels are so polished and slippery that they're practically unusable, the routes are no good and overall it's just a big grimey shack that has had a few half-arsed extension rooms added to it. Suggest people go to the Castle in Manor House instead, it's No.1 in London for sure.

Probably the best and most friendly wall in London. Beginners' course is great for starting out :)
