Polly Vernon's review of APT 195 (The Observer)
Apartment 195 reviews
I had my birthday party last week at Apartment and I had the best time ever! Everyone was so helpful with the planning, the food was delish and the drinks weren't too expensive.

We had our work Christmas party there on the 16th Dec 2008. The food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it! We couldn't stop having cocktails - the list is incredible and very good value for money for the King's Road. We then had a guest list arranged for a club afterwards. It was a brilliant night and we will definitely be returning for more events!

Such a nice place, with a warm and welcoming vibe. Would highly recommend it for private parties or cocktails after work.

Great for a post-shopping/pre-going out cocktail, but too bright to settle in for an evening. Cocktail list is imaginative and tasty, although focus is quite heavily on sweet ingredients. Squawking newspaper hackettes a speciality, but 195 is too far out to go to more than occasionally, so you're unlikely to be bothered by that very often.

Fantastic place - great cocktails and all-female staff behind the bar... it can't get any better than that!

Lovely and cosy. Popped in after some Christmas shopping to unwind. I tried a couple of the cocktails named after London landmarks. Big Ben was especially good. I emerged an hour or so later feeling really relaxed!

Definitely the best bar in the area - wonderful cocktails, gorgeous decor and friendly crowd and staff. Worth calling in advance as it gets busy and often has private parties on.

Very civilised venue for upmarket evening drinks. I've been here for a private party, drinks with girlfriends, and with my boyfriend, and full marks to the owner for managing to create an environment where you can get a seat, hear your conversation and generally chill.
The main room is big, with leather sofas and subdued lighting and they serve decent cocktails and nibbles. It feels more like a private club than a bar.
