The Las Vegas experience comes to Leicester Square as the vast Casino at The Empire opens on the site of the former Empire Ballroom. It's the largest casino in London and offers 30 gaming tables, a private poker room and state-of-the-art electronic gaming machines, as well as two restaurants, a stylish bar, ice cream parlour, nightclub and VIP room.

Customer service at this place is very very bad. After 1 hour of waiting I finally found a waitress, but she was rude and moody.

Customer service is bad - rude, unsmiling bouncers and the dealers look sleepy and bored. The casino looks nice but the customer service is very very poor.

Great night out! Staff were really welcoming, and their Asian fusion restaurant was a delight. Loved the boutique VIP bar and smoking terrace. A real gem.
