Don't ever eat here! The menu looks appealing but what comes on the plate is not. The food is so overpriced it's unbelievable. My 'summer salad with asparagus, potato and pecorino' was merely some lettuce, one piece of asparagus and one tiny new potato and a piece of cheese. No dressing on it either. Then I munched on something crunchy - a piece of hard plastic! The waitress replaced my salad but we had to ask 3 times for some balsamic vinegar to give some flavour... Fine for a drink but not worth the money for food. I will never return.
by Anonymous, 03 Aug 2006Went for a brunch whilst shopping at Portobello, really great burgers, cosy atmosphere with a fire and attentive staff. Will be just as good in the summer when apparently the doors fold back.
