I am back and of course had to pay homage to the most amazing and strong mixing of spirits. Took my new fiance for an insight and she was not afraid to sample the intoxicating variety on offer. I think she was more disappointed with what I had to offer after...

Had my leaving drinks here, as moving to Bombay. I have spent many evenings at Townhouse, and the evening was fantastic. Highly rate the Negroni, though not for the faint-hearted... a serious drink. Will miss the venue and many fantastic nights there. Bye Townhouse (but I will be back).

Went on recommendation and had a fab time there. Good music. Really friendly staff that knew their stuff about the cocktails - didn't need to look at the drinks menu as they asked what my favourite spirit was then made me cocktails from there. Had the best Mai Tai ever. Can't wait to go to London again so I can sample some more exciting cocktails!

NYE 2009 was a total success. All staff were very friendly and up to give us all a fab night. The DJ played some really cool 80s tunes, culminating in "I had the time of my life" for midnight which got everyone singing along. Definitely a place to go back. The champagne cocktails are highly recommended!

If alcohol could taste like fresh fruit or dessert, you know your barman did a good job. The Townhouse is my favourite haunt, although on many a day I see some vestiges of the nouveau riche saunter in.
Chic, sophisticated, with a generous hint of old charm (it is a townhouse, after all) this is not a place you should visit at all (and with this, I hope I have fended off some of the flotsam to help the Townhouse retain its true glory).

Had my farewell drinks at the Townhouse and it was amazing. Atmosphere was chilled and the crowd was gorgeous. The staff were hospitable, friendly and made you feel really welcome. The Porn Star Martini is DELISH! I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice chilled night out without all the rif raf of central London.

Went to Townhouse NYE... What a great night. They played the theme tune to Top Gun at 12 o'clock which was really fun and got everyone hugging each other. The champagne flowed and the staff joined in. Really friendly, happy place. Glad we spent our NYE there. Good work Townhouse.

Went there early Friday evening, so it was nice and quiet. Had the 'porn star' cocktail, which was really nice (but ought to be at £10 a go). Definitely up for experimenting with a few more next time!

Okay, okay... Now I know what all the fuss is about. The Porn Star Martini is to die for. Stunning cocktails and happy friendly staff. Love the laid back attitude in an otherwise pompous location (well, we are talking Knightsbridge). A great place.

The Townhouse is where I take all my friends. We have such a great time there, and I will not go to London without visiting and having a 'Jadoo'! Very friendly staff and the most amazing cocktails ever.

This once fabulous place for the locals has now sadly been overtaken in equal amounts by City wide-boys and Russian hookers, particularly on Thurs / Fri nights. However, earlier in the week is better. Their mojitos are to die for!

Had a great time here celebrating my birthday. Great atmosphere and really relaxed. Service fantastic and attentive without being pushy. Agree that the Pornstar Martini is something really special! Ruby Tuesday was good too!!

I went there last week and had an amazing night. The cocktails were out of this world, the staff were soooo friendly and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be going back.

A bit too small and cramped to make it into my top ten, but the cocktails are to die for. Try either the 'Ruby Tuesday' or 'Violet Martini' - you won' taste better cocktails anywhere in London.
