I am very upset with the Apple Store for letting me down. I ordered an Apple imac computer 1 week before Christmas and I was assured on the phone that I would get my computer delivered before Christmas. I phoned on the 23rd and yet again was assured that it would definitely arrive on Christmas Eve. Today is the 25th and there's no sign of it. They have really let me down, as this was supposed to be a special gift. Had I known how poor their service was, I could have ordered from John Lewis - at least they would have delivered on time. Thanks a lot Apple Store Brent Cross!
