Were certainly terrific when I purchased a Rega Planar 3 from them all those years ago. Despite eventually also paying for a Sondek, which was successfully, if somewhat imperiously installed for me by one of their staff, I have come to think that they perhaps do require the odd grand or so to be passed into their hands regularly, in order to care enough that they stay the hi-fi shop of choice!
