Fantastic service (even if you not a client). Had an issue with some 4-month-old focal Bird, bought in France. French customer service was helpless but staff at Robert Taussig sorted out the issue for me.

Just moved into the area and needed a new HiFi and TV for my flat. Walked in on the off-chance and was given what seemed good advice with no pressure to sell, so to speak. As I was new to the area I checked out a few more options: JL, Selfridges etc. But none of them had the same level of knowledge nor the installation service as RT offered me. Returned to RT and bought a large TV and B&W sound-bar. Installation was done by them and I'm happy to say my new TV looks and sound fabulous. Would recommend.

Installed home cinema and sonos system. Been delighted with quality of workmanship, professionalism and the help with learning how to use it. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Spent over £30,000 with Taussig about 8 years ago. Every time I had a problem they didn't ring back, you had to chase them every time. Rang this week with a minor problem, they said person I needed on the phone would ring me back... Still waiting!!

Reviews seemed to be mixed. Auditioned some speakers many years ago and the service was excellent. Purchased speakers last year, again no problems. Have just ordered another item - excellent communication.

Gave item for upgrade. Delayed. Numerous unreturned phone calls to find out what was happening. Did not even phone when item arrived back. Rubbish.

I found the person there quite unhelpful. Normally when I go into a hi-fi shop the staff are inquisitive and friendly. Instead, I had to pry all the information I wanted. The staff just didn't seem to be interested.
