Baglioni reviews

Had a lovely day at the spa. We received brilliant treatments from Ella and Nicola. They were amazing. No doubt, we will go back.

I visted the spa recently and it was terrible. Our appointments were triple-booked, treatments cut short, and the steam room for women is out of order for the next 6 months (which is not made clear at booking stage). There is nowhere to sit and relax and no space in the changing rooms for more than two people. I would not recommend this spa as a relaxing experience at all.

I love the spa at this hotel. My boyfriend and I had a body polish, massage and our own private jacuzzi with champagne. We both felt amazing when we left. I would recommend this package. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel.

Is it just me, or are the lights a wee bit dim? Not a fan of the bathroom fittings (or the soap) - too much gold makes me think of Donatella Versace, which isn't much fun. The beds are comfy and the sofas in the suites are perfection - so comfortable. A bit dusty though.

Good room service (the cream they serve with strawberries is divine!), friendly, helpful staff and a lovely spa... But to be honest, can't say it's worth the price.

I was amazed by the concierge of this hotel. I made a call to ask a couple of questions about Baglioni, as I was intending to book a room. However, I lost all interest after this guy hung up, having told me that he was way too busy to answer simple questions! Surely someone as rude as this should not be working at supposedly one of the best hotels in London?

Staff were really nice but, like other reviews have noted, the service was a bit overkill (when 4 bellmen help out, who do you tip??) And it was dirty - being so dark it was easy to disguise, but we all got sick from the dust.

Bathrooms were the worst. Cheapy fixtures in the bathroom broke easily, like the bathtub drain. No sink space to put anything on and the shower was a joke. We asked, and the only tub like the one in the pics is in the spa.

You can skip this one.

Stayed for two nights recently. This was my fourth stay, and I would recommend it. Good restaurant, and rooms (suites at least) are cosy and well decorated.

However, I've noticed a slight drop in level of service recently, and they need to clean rooms more thoroughly.

Read about it GQ and Wallpaper*. Went. Had an amazing time. Am looking forward to going again.

Service was excellent as was the decor. The only slight downfall was the bar prices, however, I would not hesitate to go again.

We stayed in a super deluxe room and had a wonderful stay. The decor was refreshingly modern whilst still being cosy. The room was a good size and the free movies were an added bonus. The location was also great, being opposite Kensington Gardens. Would definitely recommend it.
