If you want a trendy boutique Hotel with 100% service then this is the hotel to stay at. It has everything - restaurants, cool bar, prison cells, swimming pool with spa and a private cinema! Excellent design and service.

This hotel was incredible. Everyone is nice and not one person said anything bad to me. The spa is amazing, as is the design. Bottom line - I will be returning to this hotel.

Very nicely designed and not as OTT as some of Kempinski's hotels. Lots of little touches like the heavy wooden doors opening automatically as you approach them. Room and bar were great and the 'Carnaby' restaurant was also pretty good.

The friendly staff and proximity to Carnaby Street, Soho and Mayfair made it a great hotel for a weekend break - highly recommended.
