The team behind London's Michelin-starred St John restaurants have opened a 15-room hotel in Leicester Square. The hotel bears evidence of the trademark no-nonsense approach. Rooms are minimalist, "designed to have everything the traveller needs and nothing that they do not". Mealtimes are accorded great respect, with quirky touches such as the 'Little Bun Moment' (their take on afternoon tea) sure to delight.
