Obnoxious bouncer and elitist attitude towards the roof garden. Not only is there a compulsory service charge on drinks up there, you now have to pay £5 'cover charge' to go up there at all. Funnily enough this isn't mentioned when you call/email to enquire. Pretentious.

A unique perspective on Nelson's column.

Just excellent in every way: superb location; uniformly very good, efficient, welcoming and 'can do' staff; surprisingly large rooms; excellent and interesting F&B. I will certainly return.

Great location, characterful building, and a superb collection of bourbons at the bar downstairs!

Great location and super friendly service. Browsing through I found out that this is a 'lifestyle' Hilton, meaning art, music and design all come under one roof. And above it. From the roof garden bar you get the best view I ever had of Trafalgar Square, while comfortably sitting on stylish
furniture.
I didn't have time for the restaurant downstairs but I'll definitely come back for its tapas style menu.
If only the gym would have been ready. They promise it's a matter of days. Great hotel.

Only stayed here for one night but rather enjoyed it. The location is superb for somebody visiting London for sight-seeing - Trafalgar Square on your doorstep,
Green Park 50 metres away, close to Covent Garden, St James's, Soho and Westminster - perfect.
I was surprised to find it's a Hilton hotel - more individual and of a higher quality than many of their city hotels.
The rooms were comfortable and not too small by London standards and the bar was great - superb cocktails and friendly table service. There's also a decent restaurant (Jago) downstairs and a roof garden which looked great but wasn't open the night I was there.
