Awful. Stick to Covent Garden. What an attitude!

The manager of this store is extremely rude and the staff seem to be very intimidated by her presence. Not sure I would go back after really bad service. Stick to Selfridges.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went to buy something for my husband and the advice was great. I also got given some samples, plus more detailed instructions on how they should be used. Highly recommended for gifts. If only all shops were like this...
