The Fat Delicatessen reviews
The most uncomfortable brunch I have ever had. I had high hopes for this deli but unfortunately I managed to offend someone in the kitchen who was training another chef. I had ordered a side of scrambled eggs to accompany the sausage in a roll. The waiter didn't indicate there was a problem, but the chef/owner loudly told him off, and then ranted about the difficulty of charging for... well, anything slightly off menu! Would never go back. Someone should remind this guy of the perils of a slightly open plan kitchen!

Absolutely brilliant. Such a refreshing find - great value, tasty food and delicious wine selection. Nice guys too (although don't tell everyone!).

Lovely helpful staff. I really recommend their wine - amazing value and top quality. Shame that it isn't a bit more atmospheric in the evening - they are open later Thursday to Saturday and the big noisy fridge and neon lights don't do it justice.

Great value and quality tapas. Tasty pork belly confit, pate, pot roast chicken, mackerel bruschetta. With coffee for 4, under a tenner each!

Really like this kind of small and charming deli. Nice atmosphere. They even have soy sauce from Japan.
