Fenwick

I've been to Fenwick and loved it. Such a shame no product is displayed on the website for viewing and purchase.

Although I have never been to Fenwick in London, when I next visit London I will not be drawn to go to the place because of their poor website.

Useless website. Wake up Fenwicks, you're losing custom here! Why not spend some of your profits on improving your website?

I can't believe that notes are on here about the poor website Fenwicks have, as far back as 2004!! WAKE UP FENWICKS - you are missing all the web customers who will just end up going to John Lewis or Selfridges. What a shame we can't see what you have to offer!

I recently purchased a kitchen spoon and asked not to have it wrapped. They refused on security grounds. While my one extra bag may not save the planet, this attitude and the arrogant and supercilious manner of the manager of the store will certainly go a long way to making the world a worse place.

This is the only department store I love in London. It's not brash like Selfridges, you don't have to cope with offensive incessant music and marketing, and it generally doesn't attract the endless unhappy celebrity/fashion-obsessed. The ambiance is calm and homely. Underwear and accessories in particular are excellent.

Fenwicks website is abysmal - such a shame for a generally good store. What the designers need to focus on is the customer, not glitzy website gizmos.

Fenwicks is fantastic.

As a retail store it needs to become more fashionable, more modern. The website needs improving too.

Hopeless, useless and a waste of space. Fenwick's stores have really been let down by their corporate superiors.

It's ok but should be a lot better!

I wanted to find out whether I could order a replacement lampshade for a lamp I bought at Fenwicks a year ago. Their website offered no help whasoever. What is the purpose of it? All the information currently on their site could be obtained from Directory Enquiries. I will now have to make a journey into central London which I was hoping to avoid.

What's the point of a department store having a website if you don't display what's for sale?

Why have Fenwicks got a website? I found no useful information there. I wanted to view lingerie.
