I went in on the day of the Sale to buy my first Chanel bag. I was greeted by a simply delightful French assistant who was incredibly helpful and understanding that this was a rite of passage for any girl. Excellent service and extremely apologetic when they forgot to give me the item at the sale price.

The staff at Mayfair tend to leave you alone to browse, which is great because I was able to choose what I liked instead of being pestered by sales assistants. I felt the staff were very polite and my buying experience was generally good at their Mayfair boutique.

Chanel is the best fashion for women!
It's 3:30 PM and I'll go to buy a dress, a jacket, a handbag, sunglasses and a belt in the Bond Street boutique! I'm an American fashionista from Beverly Hills and not snobby at all.
