Nice layout to shop, clothing and fragrance is exquisite, but staff actually have the nerve to look at you as if they could afford anything in that shop.

Please! Donna Karen and Dior are completely different styles! They are just not comparable! And the shop assistants were very friendly to me. I took the shoes back for repairing and they were very helpful. I have been a regular for a couple of years now and am on their mailing list.

WAG orientated and tacky. Doormen look at you like you are a criminal and staff are very rude if you do not buy anything and act like it is nothing to spend a lot of money there, which they certainly couldn't afford to.

My first time at Sloane Street. Staff made me feel welcome. Ended up spending my whole month's wages!! Would definitely go there again. Might make it an every other month ritual now. Had fun.

I agree the clothes are going downhill (what is Galliano thinking?) but please, it's still better than Donna Karan. Shop people were very nice and offered me champagne.
