Nice layout to shop, clothing and fragrance is exquisite, but staff actually have the nerve to look at you as if they could afford anything in that shop.

I took the shoes back for repairing and they were very helpful. I have been a regular for a couple of years now and am on their mailing list.
by Lisa31, 23 Jan 2008WAG orientated and tacky. Doormen look at you like you are a criminal and staff are very rude if you do not buy anything and act like it is nothing to spend a lot of money there, which they certainly couldn't afford to.

by Princess consuela, 15 Jun 2006I agree the clothes are going downhill (what is Galliano thinking?) but please, it's still better than Donna Karan. Shop people were very nice and offered me champagne.
