Dolce & Gabbana reviews
What a wonderful shopping experince in their Old Bond Street shop! I was looking for the Miss Sicily needlepoint bag and I found it there. The blonde sales assistant who served me was smiling, helpful, very enthusiastic. By contrast, the staff at their Sloane Street branch are not customer friendly at all. They ignored me, then when I asked the sales assistant near the till about that bag she replied in a very snobbish tone that the bag was last season and sold out.

What's with the attitude at the Sloane Street store? I will never be going back - ever. Customer service is non-existent there. When you have money to spend and are treated like a peasant, it is unacceptable.

Sloane Street service was atrocious. It was like drawing blood out of a stone, just trying to get some service and product knowledge. I had to ask if any other stores had the dress and if they could find out for me, they said not and suggested Harrods instead. I did go to Harrods and I bought a beautiful dress by Balmain; I also enjoyed making my purchase there. Sort your staff out Dolce & Gabbana!

Very bad experience - security officer was rude and condescending, personnel uninterested. Will never go back.

Very bad experience. When I went in with my gay friend, we clearly heard the security guard remark: "What a poof!". Unbelievable. One would expect the staff to be less rude and more professional.

ABSOLUTE JOKE. Staff are rude and did not help at all. I was treated like scum and I had over a grand to spend in there, so decided to leave. I work in Harrods and have never known staff like it! The staff in some lower market high street shops are more helpful and polite than they were.

Went to the Sloane Street store and loved it! Such nice staff and atmosphere. So friendly and not at all condescending (which I thought they would be).

If ever the staff are rude, you simply glare at them and say: "Drop the attitude, you work in a shop, don't forget that". That will put them in their place.

Sloane Street, so-called menswear section, staff girls are clueless. A glaring lack of experience and very poor product knowledge.

They have big windows - they saw my partner coming. I refuse to be seen out with him wearing 'those' trainers. Clown shoes more like.

Absolutely LOVELY staff. Really helped me pick out some shoes. At one point I had two staff members helping me. Really good service. Although, I will always love shopping at Harrods D&G more. Just a better atmosphere.

The manager here is not very helpful at all when it comes to exchanging or returning goods. Shop at Harrods or Selfridges instead - you'll get much better help and service!

I thought the boutique was very well designed. Disappointed with what they had, but the staff were very helpful. Dolce & Gabbana make some of the best-fitting clothes.

I went into this Dolce and Gabbana store for the first time and because of the great customer service I spent a lot more than I thought I would! Thank you and keep up the good work!

The Dolce & Gabanna shop on old bond street is a pretty nice place though the male staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. I asked them to get me a hat in a larger size and the item was just thrown at me - I won't be going there again.
