Fendi reviews
Bought a faulty bag, took it back with proof of purchase (only 3 weeks old) and though the price had been reduced they would not give me the difference. Staff are rude and unhelpful. If it wasn't for us, they would not have a job.
by natalie walker, 28 Jan 2008Fantastic customer service. When I walked in they opened the door for me and greeted me. When I asked for some particular items the sales assistant brought me practically the whole shop and was very polite and helpful. Some great prices in the sale too.
