I went to the shop to ask a few questions about a product but was treated badly. I have been a customer at Hermes in the past, though not at that branch. Now I will think twice before buying anything else there if the staff treat potential clients in that way. Hermes are supposed to represent high quality and are a symbol of luxury... It's just sad.
