Knightsbridge, The CityLouis Vuitton reviews
To reviewer below me: the Westfield store is just as bad, with rude arrogant staff - so much so I sent off an email of complaint to customer services, which has been ignored. My business has gone elsewhere.

I just recently visted the new Bond Street branch and found the service was very, very bad! Loads of staff but for some reason they didn't even offer to help. The supervisor acknowledged me after I requested to be served, but to my amazement he still kept me waiting and didn't even bother to come over to me. This is a shopping experience from hell! Let me put it this way, I'm gonna stick to LV in Westfield!!

Had a Speedy 25 for 10 months and then the seal on the handles started to 'peel'. The bag was sent back to Paris in November 2009 and at beginning of February I am still waiting for it to be returned. The staff at the Selfridges store are aloof and pompous!

Several visits where the staff were friendly, especially as went with my mum and we were havuing difficulty choosing. Would definitely go back.

I have always been a fan of Louis Vuitton and never thought I would be able to afford anything. But how wrong I was. The staff are very helpful - if you don't need assistance and you know what you're looking for, they don't bug you. I now own 3 things that are Louis Vuitton; I love them, get a lot of use out of them, and people always comment on them. I look forward to going into this shop every time I'm in London and near Bond Street. Just a fantastic shop.

I was not a fan of LV, but since I started buying their products, I am hooked. It started with me purchasing my first bag in Vegas and it just followed on from there. Bought a lot of stuff from the Dubai store and now I'm into the shoes as well. Staff well-presented and very helpful. If you can afford it, why not treat yourself and enjoy.

Fantastic man bags. Just bought my second one but had to put my first one in for repair. Really friendly staff. Have no problem spending £600+. If the staff are not nice, let them know. After all, the customer is always right, whether spending £5 or £600+... Love the shoes too. Have bought a pair and they look great on.

To be fair, I'm not a big fan of the bags or RTW collection, but I just bought the most amazing pair of show shoes from the Sloane Street store. The staff were amazing - a really good laugh and very helpful. Couldn't praise them more highly (although when you're spending £400+ on shoes you do expect a certain standard of service).

Menswear would be acceptable if they removed the logos. And the quality of the bags are questionable (just compare their suitcases with Goyard). The staff are better than average though.

It's really, really good-the best of the best. I spent £10,000 and they really love you for it and they ring you the next day to make sure you are happy with the service.

Louis Vuitton rocks.
If only their stock was a bit cheaper, even though I have a bag worth £600-it's a multi-colored black alma bag. It's sooooooooooooooooo nice.
The service is wicked and it just rules!

It's a very nice shop - been to one in London and one in New York, both really good. But I'm really disappointed with their travel goods - bringing the make down.

Excellent service! Louis Vuitton even called the next day to ask if I was satisfied with my purchase. I feel like a valued customer at LV. Wouldn't expect less when you spend a couple of grand with them. Treat yourself.

Absolutely brilliant. Excellent customer service, and the bags are exceptional. The store is friendly and the design is warm and inviting, a pleasure to shop in. I felt great making my purchases in this store.

Full of Japanese tourists carrying Gucci bags, but MY GOD why shouldn't they be in Louis Vuitton because it's FAB!!! Marc Jacobs is a GENIUS, what he's doing for the label really, really doesn't disappoint.
Am not giving it a five because when you see the cutest pair of shoes and your heart gets all happy and you get all excited and then you pick them up and turn them over to look at the price it's upwards of a thousand, it's not the best feeling in the world.

Friendly staff, beautiful store. But handbags with cherries monogram a little childish!
