I was very disappointed. Some of the staff should have training in customer service. The shop assistant was more interested in gossip on the internet then me as a customer.

The returns policy is draconian - they never give a refund, only credit note for the store. Customer service was shocking. Bored sales staff in a gilded cage. Not the experience of helpful customer service you might expect from Lepore's flagship UK store. Will never shop there again.

I used to be such a fan of this shop but would never step foot in there again. My husband bought me a birthday present here and, as I am pregnant, I am very hard to buy for right now! I wasn't able to get back to the shop until 3 weeks after he made the purchase and their returns policy is within 2 weeks. I did not want a credit note or a refund just to be able to swap the item, as it did not fit, and the girls were so rude and unaccommodating.
I shop in so many places and have NEVER been treated like this before. My husband has spent so much in there on me over the years but they did not bother to find any of this out. We wrote to complain about how rude they were and they never even replied. I have never complained in a shop before but I could not believe how badly they treated us. They have lost a good customer and my husband regrets ever buying me anything from there, which is such a shame.

I shop in so many places and have NEVER been treated like this before. My husband has spent so much in there on me over the years but they did not bother to find any of this out. We wrote to complain about how rude they were and they never even replied. I have never complained in a shop before but I could not believe how badly they treated us.
