by Anonymous, 13 Jul 2006Staff were very friendly upon arrival at the shop, despite being close to closing time (and very patient whilst I decided whether to part with my cash !).
I would have to say one of the friendliest shops we entered on our trip from Leeds and will definitely be going back.
As soon as I entered the shop I was snootily looked up and down as if I shouldn't be in spitting distance of the Stella McCartney shop. Really spoilt the shopping experience for me.
by Anonymous, 11 Feb 2006I haven't actually been to the store but I did purchase goods via the telephone. At first they weren't sure what I wanted (down to my poor description!) but she located my gorgeous shoes and they arrived about 24 hours later!!
