Went in to this awful shop to pick up a ring that I had reserved the day before. When I went in to pick my ring up the staff were floating about having conversations about their weekends and unwilling to help. I hung about for 5 minutes and after waiting I went to look for somebody to help. Eventually, after 15 minutes of waiting, I finally found somebody who half-heartedly walked off to find my reserved ring... which he couldn't find. He pushed another colour and style and insisted this one was better. After realising his lack of interest, lack of understanding and arrogance, I realised this wasn't the place I needed to be. After being in Tiffany & Co and getting better service, I wouldn't recommend YSL to my worst enemy!
