Just don't go here. I went here last night and got food poisoning from a chicken burger. God knows what they did to it. Just DON'T GO.

Disgusting staff! I went with my family and son, who was 3 yesterday, to celebrate his birthday. I have to say, this place was not our first option, but every place child-friendly in London was closed due to weather (snow). The order person firstly called us back aggressively from the seating area, as if we were intruders. Biggest worry about this person taking orders was when my son fell face down from a chair when we were about to order. He was smirking and started to laugh with his colleague who was hidden behind their dirty-looking cooking facility. AVOID!! Burgers overpriced anyway!

Waited for over 30 minutes - no burgers or drinks whilst many customers who came in after us got their food before us. We complained but nothing was done - staff not at all apologetic, just said "we're busy". We waited for another 10 minutes, by which time we got fed up and left. My colleagues had similar experiences. Extremely poor service, overpriced and not very tasty burgers.

Yep, it is really overpriced - but nowhere else does burgers this tasty. And the milkshakes are excellent too.

This place had the best burger I've ever had, and I've had some good ones! I recommend them without qualification. Try the garlic mayonnaise...

Leceister Square branch was vastly overpriced. Cutlery arrived dirty and the setting was grimy. The burger itself was OK but did not come with a side order, despite the staff making me pick one.

Whilst not amazing, it was fun. The burgers were a little pricey for their simplicity. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Food was disappointing, over-priced and poorly-presented on the whole, though milkshakes and chips were good. The interior at Islington was clean but boring with no atmosphere. Staff were chatting all the time, which looked very unprofessional.

Was able to mix and match any of the burger toppings to create a massive burger which delighted my boyfriend. Really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere - good value fresh tasty food

Excellently fully flavoured burgers with superb chips! Slightly over-priced, but hell, this is London. Well worth a visit, you'll never, ever go to McD's or BK again!

Confusing ordering system and disappointing food compared with the GBK offering.

Good simple burgers in nice surroundings with lovely milkshakes. Can't go wrong. Opinion divided between my friends as to whether the burgers here or at Gourmet Burger Kitchen are best.
