Very disappointing! On Tuesday (28th) I ordered a wig online for Halloween. As I was paying £12 for same day delivery I added a couple of other small items as well, including a wig cap. The parcel arrived this morning without the main item - the wig. No notice that this would be the case and I am now stuck without a costume having paid £12 postage on a cheap mask and wig cap... very useful.

Went to rent some Victorian petticoats for a photo shoot. Found staff very accommodating and nice. Tad expensive but can't beat the central location and variety of stock on offer.

Huge store across 4 or 5 floors with great choice and quality. Hard for anywhere else to compete really. It's expensive but worth it with everything from facepaint and novelty wigs to full period costumes and everything in between.
Staff are very helpful and can put together a convincing version of pretty much anything in no time at all.

Best fancy dress in London - I look them up every year around this time in anticipation of the office party. Their best costumes aren't cheap, but they're really helpful and I've always been happy with the results.
