Fantastic selection and great quality. Try the grey mullet or pollock for a change though and give the seabass a break!
Also good for smoked fish and pickled herrings in a choice of about five marinades (the 'luxury marinade' predictably wins for me).
Not sure where the last reviewer bought his fish from but I have certainly never had a bad purchase from Purkis and Sons. The fishcakes are the best in London and the staff's expertise in this field is unsurpassed.
