Absolute Flowers reviews
Absolute did the flowers for my mum's 60th birthday. They listened to what we wanted, developed our idea with their own professional, compassionate and creative flourish, and constructed the most beautiful displays. They respected our budget, and were on time and wonderful. The staff, from our chief designer to the girl on the phone, had humour, professionalism and absolute (sorry) respect and training. Highly, highly recommended.

Absolute Flowers are doing my wedding flowers in May 2008. I got in touch with them at a very busy time, but as my wedding is in May I totally understood that it would be better to meet in 2008 so I could get the best service possible. I'm so looking forward to working with them on my wedding and have had many gorgeous things from them in the past.

The flowers may be lovely but the service is certainly not. I had originally planned to have my wedding flowers done here but the staff were unhelpful and disorganised, appointments were cancelled last minute and Hayley made me feel that my wedding was a hassle for them as they were having 'a busy time'. It is a shame but they seem to have become a victim of their own success. Wild at Heart have been fabulous though.

Hayley has just done our daughter's wedding. The flowers were way beyond our expectations; even though we had seen arrangements previously, we were knocked out on the day. Hayley is extremely artistic, imaginative and creative and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She also works on events together with Jo Sedley and Pippa Davis and they make a formidable team. The results were stunning.

We lived in Maida Vale and my husband sent me flowers from there all the time! They were always lovely and fresh. We moved back to the US and I miss their flowers so much. I just phoned in an order today for a friend in London and they were very helpful.

Shop is nice, but extremely pricey. Not only for the flowers, but for all the other products. Also, they display things that are sold separately - so you end up buying a candle that doesn't come with the lid, which is actually displayed together - VERY BAD! Completely misleading. I am not going back.

Quality and design is excellent. They obviously do a lot of business. However, customer service was horrible. The most unfriendly group of people that I have ever given my money to. Want a nice expensive arrangement? - go there; want a nice arragement and a good experience? - find somewhere else.

The flowers are beautiful and the arrangements very stylish (when they put the effort in), but they only try hard if they think you're worth it (they have a lot of very wealthy, regular clients in the area). Otherwise, they can be extremely rude and unhelpful and are insanely expensive.

Fantastic florist. Amazing flowers, and even better now as they have a great gift shop attached! The bouquets are simply gorgeous and of a much higher quality than more well-known florists.

Absolutely appalling service - so bad that we used another company. They kept us waiting weeks for a quote, were half an hour late for an appointment and then missed another appointment completely because the meeting was "not in the diary". Their dreadful service added untold stress to our wedding arrangements.

Used them for my wedding and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Far better than I have ever seen in any shop, magazine or event. Superb.
