Koffmann's at the Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge represents the return of French maestro Pierre Koffmann to London's culinary fray. The legendary and influential triple-Michelin-starred chef (whose proteges include Tom Aikens and Gordon Ramsay) has come out of semi-retirement to cook the rustic food of his childhood. Gascon dishes are hearty and packed with intense flavours, none more so than Koffmann's signature favourite: braised pig's trotters stuffed with sweetbreads and morels.
