I absolutely love William Drabble's cuisine. It just sings at you... you almost forget to converse with your guest. His scallops are just melt-in-the-mouth, as is the veal and lamb from a special farm in Cumbria. I wish my pocket would allow me to dine here once a week! A true indulgence in all things culinary. Mr Drabble is so humble yet passionate about his food, which is also part of the wonderful appeal of Seven Park Place.
