I ordered a tall boy and a bedside cabinet from Unto this Last and was told that it would be ready 2 weeks later. On the day it was supposed to be ready I turned up to be told that the bedside cabinet was still not ready and to come back in 2 hours. Over the course of the day I received 3 more phone calls telling me later and later times, eventually being told that they would deliver it 2 days later.
On the day they promised delivery I was passing their shop, so I called in to see if I could pick up the cabinet only to be completely ignored by their staff, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the shop! An hour after the agreed delivery time I rang to check the delay and was told that they "forgot" to deliver it and they would only do it another day as deliveries had finished. I had to ask someone to stay in as I was away for the rest of the week, so rang back the next day to rearrange delivery for that evening, to be told that I hadn't given them enough notice to deliver and they couldn't possibly deliver on that day.
I still do not have the bedside cabinet and am going to return the tall boy as I find it hard to believe that a small company would treat its customers with such contempt. I echo the sentiments of the other reviewer... Never again.

I ordered a wardrobe almost 2 months ago. I was told it would be delivered 1 month later (due to transport issues which later were proved to be innacurate). I was then delivered a poorly made piece which needed to be replaced. When the replacement wardrobe arrived, a piece was missing. When I went to collect the missing piece in person, the piece had not been done (although I had been assured that it would be ready one week earlier). I asked for a refund, which I was promised, and almost one week later I am still waiting for the refund and the collection - apparently the refund won't happen till the wardrobe is collected... Never again.
