New York triple Michelin-starred super-chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is bringing his East Asian concept restaurant to London's W Hotel. Sister to the iconic Spice Market New York, this branch will serve a larger range of Asian foods, including sushi. The spacious venue, set over two floors, includes a cocktail bar and private dining room. Decor utilises warm shades of copper, gold and dark woods, and features a 24m-long 'spice wall'.
