Capital Gardens reviews
I just wanted to say "ditto" to the last review. We were up for the darts at Alexandra Palace over Christmas and went to the garden centre for a bite to eat first. I think there must have been a change in management since the 2011 review because all I can say is that it was a pleasure to visit and, yes, we did spend some money - rarely done for me in a garden centre, but I couldn't help myself. We will definitely be going back there again in the spring and I suggest everybody who reads this should do the same.

Great garden centre. I was initially put off by some of the negative reviews. I needed to get some supplies, so I thought I would give the store a visit. The garden centre was beautiful, the Christmas showroom was inspirational. The plants are of the highest quality. They are most definitely not the cheapest but if you are looking for quality and great service then this is the garden centre for you.

I'd rather go that little bit further, to Sunshine or the new one on the High Street in Hornsey.

I have stopped going here because of the disorganised, mostly charm-free staff. A shame, as it has a wonderful location.

Don't deal with this firm. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. It has taken 3 months to get a debit card credit because of non delivery of half the order. Capital gardens do not reply to emails or phone back. They are a disgrace.

Don't EVER order from Capital Gardens. They've taken my money and still after 3 weeks not delivered my goods (despite me waiting in all day on three separate occasions). They won't reply to emails or answer the phone.
