Hollywood Arms reviews
10+ years ago this was a gorgeously shabby pub with a lovely garden, excellent jukebox, surly and moronic locals (as per the norm) and cheap booze. Now, sadly, it's a jumped up place full of idiots.
by clive owen, 21 Oct 2006A fresh look to the standard Sloane Ranger kind of pub. Decent food honestly priced. Pity about the ales, but great lager and legendary landlord. All it needs now is attractive bar maids. Well worth a trip down Hollywood Road.
by Anonymous, 16 Oct 2006It's an okay pub, full of braying Sloanes - that's about it really.
by Turbo Shandy (2 reviews), 28 Jun 2006Some of the best-looking bar staff in London. Girls flock from miles around! Bar service is good. They don't have a vast array of beers on tap, but will make you a cocktail if you ask. Food is excellent, and not unreasonably priced. Youngish crowd with a lot of up-and-coming city boys and girls. Even the music is good.
by womanisingdrunk, 30 Nov 2005Landlord very friendly, the food was ok not great, but the atmosphere is just right, unpretentious, fun and without doubt the prettiest girls I've seen necking pints.
by mullet, 21 Nov 2005Sensational staff, great food, a really cool and fun location. The atmosphere is great and the landlord is a champion. Get in there and see for yourself!
by .........., 13 Oct 2005My favourite pub in Chelsea, and I've been to them all.
by Anonymous, 08 Oct 2005I thought it was a bit up its own arse, food was ok atmosphere rather dull and waiter service appalling...
by Lawyer, 12 Aug 2005Great atmosphere although the crowd is a bit Sloaney Pony some evenings and best left for another time.
by Anonymous, 12 Oct 2004Have we missed a great gastro pub in London? Let us know.
