The Ebury reviews
Overpriced, small portions, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They advertise themselves as a good place for Sunday lunch, but they don't have a special Sunday menu and had run out of beef and pork by the time we got there at 3pm.
by somelikeithot (7 reviews), 02 Apr 2007Pitched up on a Saturday afternoon with three friends, had a great time. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, good food and great wine. Nice relaxed atmosphere too. Sure, it's not the cheapest restaurant (as the other reviewers have commented on), but don't forget that it's basically in Belgravia. HIGHLY recommended.
by mawds21, 28 Feb 2007This is not a pub, it's a restaurant housed in a former pub building. Overpriced too.
by Planner_21 (2 reviews), 08 Feb 2007Far too expensive for drinks, especially with the incredibly slow service.
by Anonymous, 24 Nov 2005Slow service and such bad sound absorption that all conversation has to be shouted.
by Anonymous, 27 Sep 2005Have we missed a great gastro pub in London? Let us know.
