Jolly fabulous. I usually hate getting involved with make-up (complicated and boring) but, like their counterparts at Lush, the staff at B manage to somehow be helpful without being annoying and make you feel thoroughly engaged with the whole thing - it's fun! Their seemingly genuine interest in and love of the products makes the whole experience a thoroughly enjoyable one. Hurrah!

An Aladdin's Cave of beautifully packaged makeup designed in India, and gorgeous smelling perfume - my fave being Cocktail. The makeup is as good as its packaging, and you can experiment with a wide variety of colours. The girls working there truly are lush! You will definitely find a present for anyone. My boyfriend likes the Dirty Body Spray, it lasts all day. And because the products are all made naturally, it works perfectly on my very sensitive skin (I have eczema). Enjoy!

I was truly baffled by the service I got last week. A complete novice at such beauty products, I was still able to feel at ease with the staff who were obviously enjoying their job in wanting to help and advise. Felt utterly spoilt. My humble thanks to everyone. Amazing!

This shop is the most amazing place in the world. For any girly girl who loves to make themselves feel and look beautiful, this is the place for you. The product are amazing, they may be a bit pricey but they last for ages.

Staff were wonderful and I came out with a beautifully wrapped turquoise eyeliner (in a little red bag tied with a cute little wire flower tie). I had been looking for that colour for ages.
